Established by the Office of Government Procurement (OGP) in consultation with SME stakeholders, the Tender Advisory Service (TAS) is an informal outlet, provided free of charge, to suppliers who wish to raise concerns in relation to a live, public tendering process. Individuals and companies can avail of TAS services where - 1; A request for tender has been published, 2; The supplier has registered an interest in a specific live tender process, 3; The supplier has sought, from a contracting authority, answers to their queries through the normal clarification process, and 4; Where the supplier is not satisfied with the response from the contracting authority.
